All bedding and bath towels are included in the price.

Please provide your own outdoor towels for the pool.

I do not charge a cleaning fee upon booking. I ask that you leave the gîtes in the same condition that you find them. There are cleaning products available in each gite to assist with this...

OR I can clean for you: 30 euros in The Old barn and 40 euros in The Old Stable.

A Security deposit of €200 will be taken in cash or cheque at the start of your stay and returned on departure if there are no damages.

I take a refundable deposit of 20% at the time of booking with the remainder payable 4 weeks before arrival. No refund will be given once the final payment has been made.

Check in is between 4pm and 11pm.

Check out is before 11am

Quiet times are between 11pm and 8am

The natural swimming pool has a delicate ecosystem.

Please only use natural suncream if you wish to enter the water (ordinary, chemical based suncreams will damage the plants and wildlife)

Please do not enter the shallow planted areas or the filtration pipes and plants will be damaged 

Do not sit or stand on the wooden surrounds of the swimming area and refrain from jumping or diving into the pond.
