Both gites are really well equipped with the necessary amenities, including TV, DVD player, coffee machines, microwaves and dishwashers. They retain many charming, original features and feel cosy and modern.

THE OLD STABLE
Self-catering gîte sleeps up to 8 people. Situated between the Old Barn gite and the main Farmhouse. WiFi available.
Comprising:- on the ground floor, an open plan kitchen/living area and a separate shower room and toilet.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, one with a king sized bed and ensuite bathroom.
the second bedroom with a super king bed and two single beds,
the third with a double bed. There is also a fold out bed for a child which can be placed in any of the bedrooms if required.

THE OLD BARN
Self-catering bungalow gîte sleeps up to 6 people. Situated on the far right of the building. WiFi available.
On the ground floor, with one step at the front door and one step between the kitchen and living room, this bungalow is suitable for those with reduced mobility.
Comprising 2 bedrooms, one with a king size bed and one with bunk beds. There is a new, great quality, comfortable, double sofa bed in the living room.
There is a fold out bed for an additional child. Separate kitchen, living room and walk in shower room.

We have a travel cot and high chair available upon request for infants.
Check in for all accommodation is after 16:00 and before 23:00,
check out before 11:00.
Early arrival and late checkout can be negotiated at an extra cost.

There is an interconnecting door between the Gîtes which allows them to be opened up and used as one large Gîte, enabling families or groups of friends of up to 14 to stay in 5 bedrooms plus a sofa bed in the living room. There is also a fold out bed for a child which can be placed in any bedroom. Gite guests may also book either or both of the Farmhouse rooms; one with a double bed and another with two single beds, plus another toilet and shower room (downstairs), for more accommodation flexibility .

Further Information
I have two friendly, well-behaved dogs, Willow and Charlie, who will be delighted to meet you.
I have plenty of outdoor seating areas including picnic benches and loungers for guests.
There are three acres of enclosed grounds with a large bbq area (shared between the two gites) table tennis table, pétanque court, badminton net, football goals and dart board.
