GÎTES PRICE GUIDE

Bedding and bath towels are included in the price and there are no extra cleaning costs. 

Please provide your own outdoor towels for the pool.

We ask that you leave the gîtes in the same condition that you find them. There are cleaning products available in each Gite to assist with this OR we can clean for you for €40.

A Security deposit of €200 will be taken in cash or cheque at the start of your stay and returned on departure if there are no damages. 

Don’t forget to ask for our 10% discount code if you are travelling with Brittany ferries. 

THE OLD BARN

Prices are for 2 people sharing the Kingsize bed. Extras include €15/night for additional people/beds. Taxe de Sejour (French holiday tax) €1 per adult per night.

3: Any cancellations within 28 days of your holiday start date will result in a 100% charge of your total holiday cost.

4: A £200 damage waiver is payable on arrival in cash, this will be fully refunded subject to any damages.

5: I ask that the gites are left as you find them or you may pay the cleaning fee of €30 for The Old Barn and €40 euros for The Old Stable for end of stay clean. (€70 for both)
